2020 is YOUR YEAR
I know everyone is in Holiday mode.
Everywhere you look people are talking about Christmas cookie recipes, family traditions, ugly sweater parties, you know, all the Holiday stuff!
I want to shift gears this week. I want to talk about what is right around the corner. Once the holidays are said and done, we will all blink and it'll be the start of a NEW DECADE!
One of the things I love about a New Year is the feeling of a fresh start. One of the things I hate about the New Year Resolutions.
We all want to make positive changes in our lives. I firmly believe that is true. Our biggest problem is we don't have a plan. We don't take the time to figure out how to accomplish our goals in a realistic & obtainable way.
This week, I am going to challenge you with questions and give you the tools to hit the ground RUNNING in 2020 !!?
I want to see you succeed, but you have to be willing to do the work. SO, tell me, how often do you actually tune into what you WANT, not just what you think you SHOULD BE doing.
These questions are designed to help you get to the heart of how you really want to be spending your time, and what your goals actually are.
So here are 4 questions I need you to ask yourself.
You're probably thinking, this is just common sense! & you're right, but you'd be AMAZED at how often we ignore the actual steps we need to take to accomplish our big goals.
Consistency isn't particularly fun, but it is effective.
It's not what you do some of the time that gets you results, it's what you do most of the time, even when you'd rather be doing other things like binging the latest series of your favorite shows on Netflix.
It's about discipline. Showing up when an idea is no longer new and exciting is what will make or break you.
So as you formulate your goals for 2020, I encourage you to print these following templates off and fill them out.
2020 is going to be an amazing year for you. I can FEEL IT. It’ll take some planning, some self reflecting, and a lot of dedication, but you are capable of great things.
