When I Think of Home, I Think of Mom.

As a Real Estate Agent, of course houses are always on my mind! But when I think of home, that always makes me think of my Mother. Some of my fondest memories are cooking together with Mom in our childhood home’s kitchen; giggling with Mom in the backyard; holiday gatherings in the living room with her; and story time before bed in our childhood bedrooms.

Now being a Mother of 3 amazing boys, I relive these memories as I live them with my own children. I know one day they’ll look back on what seems like such a crazy, fast paced life and have all these nostalgic feelings, like myself.

In honor of Mother’s Day, I want to thank my own Mother for giving me a safe place to sleep. A place where we had our day to day routines, learned how to cook and clean, picked up my favorite hobbies and became who I am today. It was place that stored all of our keepsakes and our memories (and always will).

Family makes a house a home, and at the heart of the home, there’s a good chance you’ll find a Mother.
